Western Union Digital - Interim Director/UX Content Strategist/UX Content Editor Global Digital Content

San Francisco, CA. December 2012–October 2016

  • Edited writers in San Francisco who produced content for Western Union’s online and mobile channels.

  • Edited writers, including non-native English speakers, in Vienna, Vilnius, and Sydney who created customer-facing online and app content.

  • Edited independent contractors who translated content into more than a dozen languages.
